A Provençal summer
Elara & Julian

Destination Wedding
Château de Margüi, Provence, France
Late summer, 2024
A weekend of quiet luxury and al fresco dining in the heart of the French countryside, where the only thing warmer than the Mediterranean sun was the laughter echoing through the olive groves.
When Elara and Julian first reached out, they made one thing entirely clear: they didn’t want their wedding to feel like a production. They envisioned an intimate, multi-day retreat for their closest family and friends, tucked away in the lavender fields and olive groves of the South of France.
The day flowed with an effortless, unhurried rhythm. Rather than rushing through a rigid timeline, we let the hours unfold naturally. The morning was spent lounging by the pool with espresso, followed by a deeply personal, unplugged ceremony in the château's historic courtyard. There were no forced poses or awkward family formals—just honest, quiet observation of two people completely present in their own celebration.
As golden hour slipped into dusk, the evening transitioned into a sprawling al fresco dinner. Between courses of local wine and handmade pasta, speeches were given over candlelight, eventually giving way to barefoot dancing on the gravel terrace until the early hours of the morning. It was a masterclass in modern, understated romance.

Special thanks to everyone who was involved and helped make this celibration a successful and lasting memory.
